Test results can be checked on the NHS App without having to contact us. If you havnt signed up to the NHS App yet, please visit : NHS App and your NHS account – NHS (www.nhs.uk)
The practice does not routinely contact patients if their results are normal or as expected, however someone will always contact you if the need to discuss your results.
If you would like to speak to someone about your results, please call between 11:00 and 15:30 as our reception team will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
At times, we may not be able to give your full test results over the phone; you may have to wait until your appointment or phone call with your doctor.
Confidentiality
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
