Patient Services
Patient Services Team Lead – Carol Buchanan (Female)
The Patient Services team is made up of around 30 trained members of staff across 3 practices, who are there to help you make appointments, answer telephone calls and deal with patient queries. They also keep the medical records in order, organise repeat prescriptions and update patient records, data and computer systems.
