Due to the complexity of our appointments system we are currently unable to offer appointment booking online through SystmOne or the NHS App.
Urgent Appointments:
To book an urgent appointment with a member of our clinical team, please call the surgery on 01271 863119 as soon as possible, and select option 1 for appointments and general enquiries. Please note that 9am to 11am is our busiest wait time.
The Patients Services Team have been asked by the GP’s to take some basic information on the reason you are calling to enable them to book you into the most appropriate slot. We are unable to book urgent appointments without some basic information. This information is kept strictly confidential. The team may be able to direct you to an alternative service where available.
Routine Appointments:
To book a routine appointment, you can call us after 11am on 01271 863119, selecting option 1 for appointments. Again please be aware that the patient services team will need to ask you why you need an appointment so they can ensure you are booked in with the most appropriate service.
Alternatively you can get support online from your GP surgery by sending us a secure message through our Patient Triage page at : Contact us online about your request. or by using the NHS App. Please be aware that this is only for routine requests and we will aim to look at and responded to your query within 3 working days. Your request will be past to the most appropriate person to deal with your request and we will reply online, by text message or phone you back.

Viewing & Cancelling an appointment
You may be able to see your booked appointments through the NHS App, or SystmOnline if you have signed up fo rthese services. This also allows you to cancel your appointments online.
If however you are unable to do this and need to cancel or change your appopintment please call us on 01271 863119 option 1 as soon as possible so we can release your appointment.
