Updating details on NHS App.

We are making changes to a lot of our processes for contacting patients, by sending text messages instead of letters. This is to help reduce costs to the NHS, as well as making it easier for patients to get information back to us.

If you have downloaded and use the NHS App and your mobile number is out of date, or you have not added a mobile number to your records, it would be really helpful if you could log into the NHS App and update/check your personal details.

We do not wish to generate a high volume of calls for this, and ask that you DO NOT CALL the practice just to change your details, please just mention this at your next contact if you are unable to do this on the NHS App.

Please note that we will continue to sent letters in the post where necessary if you do not have or do not wish to use your mobile phone for text messaging.
