New Patient Registration
We are now asking for patients to register online. This is the fastest and easiest way to register as a new patient with the Combe Coastal Practice. Please check the information below to ensure that you are living within our catchment area, then click the link below to register.
Patient registration packs are available to collect from our reception desks if you are unable to complete your registration online. These can not be posted or emailed.

Combe Coastal Practice are no longer accepting patient registrations outside our practice area. Please check if you are within our catchment area using the map below before submitting your registration request. We will not be able to accept any registrations that fall outside our practice area.
If you are not currently living within our catchment area you can check which practice is taking on in your area using the Find a GP NHS service.
