Please ensure you provide the patients full name and date of birth with every email sent to us. We can not accept emails without this information.
The Enquiries email account is strictly for Administration related enquiries, and should not be used to make contact with your GP/Nurse unless you have been asked to do so. If you need to speak to a GP, please either click on the link for Patient Triage by AccuRx Online, or phone the surgery to book an appointment or pass on a message. Emails written to the GP where not previously agreed will be returned, as we are unable to pass this information on.
